About these terms

This site is run by Hervé ONANGA KINGBO, who leads HOK Ministries from Seoul and Incheon, South Korea. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What the site offers

The site offers Bible teaching, daily encouragement, quizzes, and ways to write to the ministry, to give, and to ask for a speaker. The teaching is offered for your spiritual growth.

It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace the care of your own church and pastor. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

Using the teaching

The teachings, writings, images and quizzes belong to HOK Ministries or to those who allowed us to use them. You are welcome to read them, share links to them, and quote short passages with the source named, for personal, church and small-group use.

Please do not sell them, republish them in full, or present them as your own without written permission.

Scripture quotations come from the translations named beside them.

What you send us

When you write through a form, give true details and write only on your own behalf. Do not send anything unlawful, abusive, or belonging to someone else.

A prayer request is read by the ministry. Please do not include private details about another person without their consent.

Gifts

Gifts are voluntary and are processed by PayPal. A gift is not a purchase and brings no goods or services in return.

Unless a page says otherwise, HOK Ministries does not issue tax receipts. If you gave by mistake, or gave the wrong amount, write through the contact page within fourteen days and we will return it.

Courses

Courses are not yet open. Joining the waitlist is free and does not oblige you to enrol. When a course opens, its price, dates and refund terms will be shown before you pay, and those terms will apply to that course.

Speaking requests

Sending a speaking request does not create a booking. A date is confirmed only when the ministry agrees to it in writing.

Links to other sites

The site links to WhatsApp, YouTube, Patreon, Amazon, QuizBible, Origate and other services. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for what they contain or do.

No guarantee

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, HOK Ministries is not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its content. Nothing here removes rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. If they change, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
